1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the cil99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering or attempting to register an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the conditions below:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. cil99 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification (KYC) may be requested at any point, and accounts will be suspended pending satisfactory proof of age.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are subject to any guardianship, conservatorship, or legal incapacity order, you are not permitted to register.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or under a false identity — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other Responsible Gaming restriction that would prevent you from gambling.
• Not a cil99 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of cil99 staff are not permitted to hold a Member account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of cil99 Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following terms govern account creation and ongoing account maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. cil99 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password.
• KYC Verification: cil99 reserves the right to request identity documents — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, and proof of payment method — at any stage. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC has been satisfactorily completed.
• Account Security: You must enable two-factor authentication where offered. You agree not to share your account with any third party, including family members. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised it.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. cil99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that breaches these Terms, is suspected of fraud, or is subject to a regulatory inquiry, without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cil99 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cil99 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Indonesian local payment channels.

Accepted deposit methods include direct bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. cil99 does not impose a deposit processing fee on its side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the cil99 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are processed the same day. Requests received after 20:00 WIB will be processed on the following business day.
• cil99 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts that trigger our internal risk thresholds.
• Any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 5).
• cil99 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider once funds have been dispatched from our system.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cil99 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members only. Members who have not completed KYC, or whose accounts are under review or restriction, are not eligible to claim or use bonus offers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits combination. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in all bonus balances being voided.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sports bets at odds below a stated minimum threshold may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are specified on each promotion's detail page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the number of days stated on the relevant promotion page, measured from the date of bonus activation. Expired bonus balances and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse and Fraud: cil99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms is detected. Determinations in this regard are at cil99's sole discretion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the cil99 Platform, you agree to the following rules governing sports betting, live casino, and slot play:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by cil99. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where live-betting functionality has not been offered.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed are indicative and may change between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation apply to your bet. If odds change materially during placement, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept or decline the revised price.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in cases including — but not limited to — match abandonment, event cancellation, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds, and confirmed cases of match fixing or irregular activity. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's account balance.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If any one leg is voided, that leg is typically removed from the parlay and the remaining legs stand. Specific rules are displayed at the time of bet construction.
• Live Casino: Results generated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified studio providers are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the dealer or game system. Disconnection during a live game round does not void a bet; the round result stands.
• Slot Games: All slot outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game results are independent of previous rounds. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published on each game's information page.
• Maximum Winnings: cil99 applies maximum single-event payout limits, which are stated on the relevant sportsbook and casino product pages. Winnings that exceed these limits will be paid up to the stated maximum only.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cil99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit odds, or manipulate any game outcome.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error must be returned.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of collusion with other players in live poker or other player-vs-player formats.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraud, or engage in any activity prohibited under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or payment documentation during KYC or source-of-funds checks.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform's software, odds engine, or proprietary data feeds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cil99 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the cil99 Platform — including but not limited to the cil99 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, odds data, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of cil99 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any cil99 intellectual property.

You may access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from cil99 is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

cil99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, cil99 collects data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud, comply with applicable regulatory obligations, and improve Platform performance. cil99 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cil99 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, however caused, even if cil99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to safeguard their login credentials or from unauthorised access to their Account where cil99 was not negligent.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to a Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or telecommunications network.
• Any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information, statistics, or odds data displayed on the Platform that contained errors not attributable to gross negligence by cil99.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cil99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11 Responsible Gaming

cil99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Session Time-Outs: Temporarily suspend your access to the Platform for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a structured break from gambling activity while your Account remains open.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and request that you are not re-accepted as a Member. Self-exclusion requests are honoured within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Reality Checks: Opt in to periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current gaming session and net win/loss position.

12 Amendments

cil99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cil99 will notify active Members by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform upon their next login, and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect. In circumstances where a change is required by law or regulatory requirement, the revised Terms take immediate effect regardless of whether prior notice has been given.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

cil99 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. Members acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary across jurisdictions and that it is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with any local laws applicable to them in their place of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through cil99's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. cil99 will cooperate fully with any such process and abide by any binding determination reached.
